For the past 8.5 years as Chief Operating Officer of Bateel International, a multi-award-winning Dubai-based brand, I oversaw a total network of 120 outlets covering multiple business verticals - gourmet retail, restaurants, travel retail (22 airports), FMCG, franchise, and B2B—achieving a strong double digit sales and EBITDA CAGR growth over the recent three years. My leadership has been instrumental in driving international expansion across 30+ markets, brand innovation, digital transformation, and the integration of production systems certified with the highest globally recognized standards

My experience further extends into brand acquisition and portfolio management, where I have successfully optimized commercial performance through strategic tenant mix planning and revenue maximization. I have led the negotiation and execution of numerous franchise agreements with both local and international brands - spanning fine dining, quick service restaurants, children’s fashion, and convenience retail. My consistent success is underpinned by a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, strategic foresight, and strong commercial acumen, coupled with the ability to build trusted partnerships with brand owners 

I have played a pivotal role in airport concessions management, participating in several major international airport tenders. My contributions have included establishing green field projects, joint ventures, curating competitive brand portfolios, and advising on financially compelling bid structures.

My strategic and operational capabilities are complemented by my direct involvement in multiple company acquisitions and integrations. I have overseen four full integrations, driving alignment across human resources, systems, operational processes, and corporate culture to unlock synergies and ensure seamless transition
